Hi Kimmie...I just wanted to tell you that my husband and I are signed up to take the foster care classes and they start a week from Thursday! I am excited. Thanks for answering some of my questions. I will let you know how it goes! The best part is that another couple that we are good friends with is taking them with us. It is an hour drive to the classes so this is a blessing.

Oh, I just wanted to say your pictures of the turtles/playdough are cute, but I have this really weird thing with playdough...I can't stand the smell of it...it literally makes me sick and I just can't be around it. Isn't that strange??? I think I over-played with it as a kid? Strange.

Hi Kimmie! I think I can hear you all a little! ;0) Thank you so much for your sweet words and for sharing the news of our magazine with others!
Hugs,
Kelli

What a beautiful family you have!! I am so amazed by you--the energy and patience you must have. We have 2 biological daughters, and 2 adopted from Guatemala. Some days I long to adopt again. Some days I know I couldn't handle more! Those are my selfish days, I imagine. It's great to meet you.

Julie;

Oh thanks so much for asking about Bunter...his surgery went well, he came home yesterday (dinner time) and was walking sideways. We will hear lab results in a few days...they said things appeared normal though...thanks so much for your prayers.

The Newfoundland (Wookie) we had hoped to adopt, already found a new family, sigh. We lost 2 dogs in a week, how sad is that. (no the dogs didn't die, one found his owners and the other was adopted by another family first.) I spent last night searching petfinders.com in hopes of finding another dog (we really would love a Newfie).
