Backwards and fine with it

King Bonkie (5) seems to enjoy wearing his pants backwards. This is the third time we've caught him 'out' with his pants reversed. It doesn't seem to bother him at all, though it is driving his oldest sister, Pirate Jacky (17) nearly out of her mind.

Honestly, I think its kind of cute myself. I am sure in homeschool kindergarten, we can cover 'how to wear your pants 101.' It should be a fairly easy skill to master, right? Right along with the cur-fis (cursive) that King Bonkie is also learning.

Definitely learning which way the pants goes is for K not preK. :)

Awesome story down there about the dresser! Jesus is faithful.

I think it`s cute too . . . love the little belly button sticking out in that second picture. Also, Kimmie, you are seriously going to be beating the ladies off that boy in a decade or so . . . he`s GORGEOUS!

LOL, we have a lot of backwards in our house too! How's that cursive going? Which curriculum are you using to teach it?

They won't be little for long. I let my boys wear everything backwards if they want to. Take cute as it comes.

Zai went through a wearing pants backwards phase (he still occasionally does - I've had to change him at the busstop a couple of times!!) Ellie loves to wear her shoes on the wrong feet. - I think that as long as they know the right way to dress before they're teenagers, it doesn't matter!

He is too cute. The funny part is, with zipper shorts going in the back....hmmm, I have a feeling that may have been a deliberate fashion move *wink* What a character!

Does he do it to be funny. Definitely my just turned 5 year old would do that sort of thing on purpose.

I was perusing Christian coffee drinker blogs. Backwards pants and shirts and shoes on the wrong feet. Perfect homeschooling attire. LOL Why am I on here, in case people want to know? It would be school time, but we are going traditional this year and starting the day after Labor day.
Blessings,
Kim (whose real name is Kimmy, but I never tell any one. I always hated that name growing up. :P )
