Welcome friends to my little part in blog world,
hope you've come by to say, "Hi!"

I would love to pray with you this week, as we boldly step into a fresh new year.  What is on your heart that you'd be willing to share with me today?  What can we take together to God this week?  I'd love to link arms with you and believe God together for whatever is on your heart.

Leave me a comment, or if you prefer send me a private email and we will together cast your cares upon Him.

I am praying a blessing over each of you (my friends) this week.
May you see God's hand upon your life
and
may He reaffirm in your heart the call He has upon your life.

We only have one life,
let's use this year boldly for His plans and purposes.
NO MORE little Christians,
no more holding back
...let's live RADICALLY
and
let this world see what Jesus really looks like!

2 Corinthians 3:16-18
(The Message Bible)

Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are—face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We're free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.

Happy New Year to you Kimmie! Isnt' it wonderful to have a brand new clean slate? I love it.

Prayers on my heart for the coming year..... well, yes. For me, physical health. I had a shocker in 2010 and to be honest the fear of more health problems linger. I want to be rid of that fear!
For Stuart, that he would find God. I long more than anything for him to have a personal relationship with Jesus and to become the spiritual leader of our family.
For my children, for a wonderful year as they head off to school. Of course I fear for them, but I must trust that God will cover them with His protection and guidance when they are away from me.

If you would join me in these prayers Kimmie, I would be so honoured and blessed! Thank you for your friendship. :) Saminda xx

Hi Kimmie! Thanks for praying for us over the past weeks. We found out this week that the baby that was born on the 21st, the birthmom decided right before terminating her rights that she would parent. So we are praying she receives the support needed to wisely parent her baby boy.

So, we are back at waiting.

But I wanted to say, thanks for praying.

That things would work out for Jeff to enlist in the military--quickly.

That someone would figure out what we need to do about our adoption in the sate of FL.

That our COCs would show up. It's been over 3 mo and they are supposed to be issued the same day as the interview.
