We do the whole hot Christmas meal and sit around open fires - things that can' happen in our hot Decembers. Why don't you do a Christmas in July for Siminesh? So much fun!

KateAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4724432374556756119.post-74993463016410204822010-03-27T18:27:15.538-07:002010-03-27T18:27:15.538-07:00Wow - that is amazing it's still alive. Once we had a real christmas tree, but it didn't even last the weeks until Christmas (probably has a lot to do with it being summer here).
What a pretty decoration no matter what time of the year!Renatahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13546331512433403550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4724432374556756119.post-73858183034526940772010-03-26T07:46:07.037-07:002010-03-26T07:46:07.037-07:00Wow. Our tree was still in such wonderful condition when we took it out of the house in January...the branches were bendable and the needles still supple. I think it was because it was fresh cut and tended with care. Now I wish I would have been brave like you and kept it a bit longer! Your sweet new daughter will love it!

Blessings,
Tammy ~@~Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02209066742368197086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4724432374556756119.post-833588368673805312010-03-25T18:34:51.532-07:002010-03-25T18:34:51.532-07:00I actually thought you did it to feed the birds. ...I actually thought you did it to feed the birds. My MIL used to put peanut butter and seeds on pine cones and hang other things from her trees intentionally to feed the birds. I love the little white lights all year 'round.Mindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15182293568554955242noreply@blogger.com
