And my first baby...turns 18 years old
























I know I've posted this picture before...but really it is one of my favorites and truly embodies her spirit!


My sweet Pirate turned 18 today.

I will list some of the words that come to mind when I think of her:


strong

determined

wise

confident

a tree hugger (like her mama)

veggie lover...non-meathead (also like her mama)

self-governing

funny

crafty ;-)
motivated

graceful

competitive (she didn't get this from me)

I love you sweet daughter of mine. I am so proud of you and love who you are. Continue to seek God with all of your heart, mind, body and soul. Keep His Kingdom first in your life and do great things for His glory. I know you will,

    I would dearly love to get your Pirate Jackie and my daughter, Nikki, together some time for a photo shoot. It never ceases to amaze me how much they resemble. Everytime I see Jackie's picture, I do a double-take!
