Hey Kimmie, I'm a day late, but I'm hoping that's ok.;-)
My request would be for God's guidance as to which adoption agency we choose. There's about a gazillion! How do we even sort through them?!? I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed...and we're just starting. Yikes!
Well I have to say I feel alittle bad asking again I think I have asked a few times already:) but okay I love praying for others also and keep you in my prayers. I am needing two prayers actually if that is okay. I have had this thing going on with my throat/gland for 8 months now. The docters say they dont' feel anything but it feels like my right gland is swollen. the second thing is I am having a very very hard time finding peace about my mom passing a few months ago, It consumes me. I was the one who found her and it just haunts me. I know she is with God in heaven and that I will see her precious face again one day but its just so so hard Thanks Kimmie you are an Angel:) deezie
Don't ever feel that you can't ask me for prayer, you never are too late (or too early) to ask. What a privilege to stand with you believing.
Stephanie- have you asked God to open doors and to give you spiritual eyes to see where He'd have you go. Do you have a country in mind(some leading already from the Holy Spirit?) or just felt led to start with an agency? I have a girlfriend (Tracie Loux) that helps people find the right agency...go to my friends link (Ode to Friends, in my sidebar) and click on Tracie Loux. Perhaps she could be of more help to you? Tracie is a Christian with a real HUGE heart for adoption. (she is adopting herself!)
Deezie- so sorry that gland is bugging you. Have you had your tonsils or adnoids looked at? My heart is heavy for you with the loss of your mom, what you are feeling is a normal part of the mourning process-especially when a the death comes unexpectedly and suddenly. I remember feeling that way when my dad died suddenly. Sending you a big hug and a kiss-wish I could do more, like invite you over for tea. ((((Hug)))))
Hi Kimmie, I am on a journey (again) to search for the Lord's will concerning healing and faith~specifically whether he intends that everyone be healed, and we just don't claim it and believe it, or whether some he chooses not to heal for a greater purpose. I have struggled with an affliction/sickness for 3 years now. In the first few months, I would daily come across verses concerning healing, and felt the Lord was telling me that He would heal me (and I know these things are in His timing!). I find myself now, slipped into accepting that He won't heal me, and have mostly stopped praying for it. He convicted me yesterday that He wants me to pray, pray, pray. I appreciate you lifting up a prayer for me, not only for healing, but hearing Him clearly in this also.
Hi Kimmie, I think our daughter could do with a prayer - or a decent friend. She recently booked a holiday to Egypt with someone she thought was a friend only for this person to walk off leaving Fallon to pay for the holiday for both of them and no one to go with. She looks like having to cancel and so lose a load of money and at the same time come to terms with being taken for a ride by someone she thought was a good friend. I guess its proof for those who need it that the only real friend any of us have in life is God.
My hearts desire is to live out loud, a life that reflects Jesus. Join me through word and picture
on this journey called my life. I am the Mama to 8 children, one homemade and 7 adopted, married to my handsome Knight and daily following hard after Jesus. Hope you will consider me your friend.

Hi Kimmie,
My oldest daughter has been suffering with moderate to severe eczema this year. Please pray for her. I have been praying here as well.
