What Saturday has Become

It finally happened~ we signed up to be on *teams.*

Four days a week we are committed to the field-
a huge change,
as family dinners have become (3 nights) a hand held sandwich on the way.

The kid's are passionate about guess I'm in too.

Today games start at 9:30 and end at 8:00 p.m- 3 different towns.
Our Ethiopian princess is filling in on another team, so she has two games today...

and we're off!

When we added sport to our schedule, we had a hard time with melas. I started always keeping veggies cleaned and cut in the fridge, fresh fruit washed and ready and juice boxes frozen to keep lunches cool. When hubby and I are eating together at a game, we love to buy the grocery store Caesar salad mix and bring cooked chicken. We "shake" our dinner on the spot and eat with plastic bowls and forks. Enjoy being a cheerleader for your beautiful kids!

Sounds like fun. I remember when we had sports or other functions it seemed busy also. The kids love and that is good. We had times of fullness and times of quiet as well during our schooling. I look at it like this there is a season for everything. Follow His lead as you always do, and you all will be blessed. :)

I should really read what I write before I publish. :)

We've embraced teams sports in the last year. It's hard! But it's only for a season and the kids love it, right?

You take succh good pictures!! And I don't always comment, but I'm a faithful reader of your blog. I so appreciate your wisdom and how you share your heart.
